Server updates

- Fix Connection issues
- Fix Some random server crashes
- Grand reset changed to 200Resets with 2500Webshop Credits reward
- Points per level are now 100
- Added 5 more Dark elfs for 3rd quest
- Fix Master leveling up in Arena
